John and Zach gave me a 10/10 experience at the best jewelry store in the st.Charles county. Made my day. Overly happy with my experience. I had jewelry that needed cleaning and they took it around back, no questions asked. Serviced them within just a couple minutes and my Jewelry came out sparkly clean. I called Hannoush jewelers because another jeweler was not able to wait on us. Zac encouraged us to come over immediately to his store to adjust the links on my sons’s watch, Zac also set the time and made sure we were completely satisfied. We both were completely satisfied. In addition, Jon came over and asked if we were interested in looking at any jewelry while Zac was assisting my son.
