I accompanied my Daughter to Hannoush Jewelers at the North Shore mall . Robin Mangos was at the entrance to the store . I asked Robin to assist my Daughter while I went for coffee. During this time I managed to get lost in the mall . My Daughter Marnie was interested in purchasing a Cross necklace. By the time I found my way back to the store I noticed a big smile on my Daughter’s face ! She was holding a beautiful diamond necklace Cross Pendant ! I was so happy. Amazing ! I went to all three days of Pandora sale and I was able to take care of all my jewelry needs ! I have always shopped at Hannoush at the Square One Mall in Saugus . The reason : Store Director Robin Mangos . Robin is amazing ! She possesses a vast knowledge of jewelry and her Customer Service skills are beyond excellent !
