Chan and Yvette did a wonderful job helping evaluate Mom's jewelry from 1940s. Carat and half diamond. We also were their customers in the recent past with diamond earrings.

chan and colin were very helpful. i came into the shop with an issue with my watch and they provided detail options to resolve the issue. After deciding to send the watch out for repairs. they told me what to expect and provided tracking information. their customer service is exceptional.

Chan and her team have made the process so easy, seamless, and honestly enjoyable! I purchased and engagement ring, and we ended up coming back for our wedding bands because we were so happy with the service! Would absolutely come back again, and recommend anyone else to Hannoush as well!
