My husband introduced me to Dr. Olson 15 years ago now pretty much I have my whole family going there!
I’m having some problems with the office to which they’re charging me and when they’re not supposed to. When I asked for the managers name, I was told it was Noreen, but the person answering the phone said that she didn’t know her manager‘s last name so she couldn’t give it to me. When I called so that I can look at the people by name so I can actually leave Noreen a message so that I’m sure she gets it. I rarely write reviews but felt I had to in this case. Dr. Olivia is great but the overall experience of this dental practice is horrendous. As others have noted, I also took half a day from work to drive 45 minutes for my appointment. Was in the dental chair when I was told they couldn't see me. An afternoon wasted. No one ever called back to help me rescheduled. RecommendedI’m not super brave at the dentist. I’ve now had 4 crowns, 3 in the past 5 years with Dr Saunders. She is meticulous in her work and while I don’t look forward to the experience she is so good that I don’t dread it either. Pain free with just Novocain and she really checks in on how I’m doing.
