RecommendedStarted there with my two little girls, they are having a very positive experience so far no matter who has been there :-). Very nice crew!
My husband introduced me to Dr. Olson 15 years ago now pretty much I have my whole family going there!
The staff here is rude, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s hard to find people who genuinely enjoy their work these days, and this is another sad example.
I’m having some problems with the office to which they’re charging me and when they’re not supposed to. When I asked for the managers name, I was told it was Noreen, but the person answering the phone said that she didn’t know her manager‘s last name so she couldn’t give it to me. When I called so that I can look at the people by name so I can actually leave Noreen a message so that I’m sure she gets it. I rarely write reviews but felt I had to in this case. Dr. Olivia is great but the overall experience of this dental practice is horrendous. As others have noted, I also took half a day from work to drive 45 minutes for my appointment. Was in the dental chair when I was told they couldn't see me. An afternoon wasted. No one ever called back to help me rescheduled.
