I live in Ridgefield, and throughout the last 20 years, this has been my go to car wash place. I hadn't been there for a while. I was surprised and happy to see everything had been upgraded with free vacuum systems and a new car wash machine. Car wash ripped my weather stripping off, bent my drivers side mirror back and took the backing off. The workers went back in the machine and retrieved it and said “that happens to Toyotas sometimes.” I have been in plenty of car washes and that has never happened. My response was, well why didn’t you tell me before hand, I wouldn’t have gone through. Their response was “we can’t tell everyone everything.” I won’t be going back, and the car was still dirty. Hope my mirror backing doesn’t keep coming off now.
Such outstanding customer service and professionalism here! I’m so impressed. Lily went above and beyond while I was cleaning my car and thought I lost my phone. She had zero qualms about rifling through the trash with me and was so gracious and accommodating. We did find it…in my car, of course! Her can do attitude and and sincere kindness really made my day. Thank you Lily and team! You all rock!
I tried this car wash twice (6 months apart hoping they’d worked out the kinks since new owners took it over), and both times my Jeep was so dirty after the wash. I did the most expensive wash ($20) and tried the second option ($18), and neither worked. Along with that, this is the most expensive car wash I’ve ever been to. My husband took his truck through on the same day, and there were dirt spots all down the side of it.
