RecommendedShane and the service department are awesome. My bike went in for 40K service along with a paint job touchup by JT Custom Paint. I am not an easy customer. My expectation is complete satisfaction and the same treatment a man would receive. I can say I was not disappointed yesterday when I saw my bike.

Went in to buy a Christmas gift for my Father in law and the girl working in the apparel/gift section is soooooo beyond rude. Acts like she doesn’t want to be bothered by anyone or anything!!! Worse part - my Father in law who lives in Idaho was up here in NY recently and likes to get something Harley in each city/state he visits, he made a trip in there and the same girl was so rude to him he left empty handed and said he’d never step foot back in there - and either will I now!!!
