The atmosphere is always pleasant. This was second time staying the night at Harlows, my only concern was the hot water was lacking when trying to take a bath. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

My husband and I frequently stay at this location. The staff is very hospitable; the rooms are clean; and there are other great options on the premises (besides the casino) like the fitness center; the spa and great food!

The check in process was easy. I booked through Expedia and received a call the day of check in from the front desk clerk who wanted to process payment so my room would be guaranteed and ready upon arrival. My credit card was charged the quoted rate. There was not an extra $100 hold placed on my card despite the signs posted at the front desk. So that was pleasing. The rooms are nice. Only the cafe was open, other restaurants & coffee shop were closed. No place to get breakfast in the morning. I'll stay somewhere else next time I have work in this area.
