We booked solely for the hotel to see family in the area. I was not happy that I booked two queen beds and got two full size beds instead. The beds were not comfortable and the cable selection was a joke but otherwise it wasn’t bad. Just remember in Mississippi queen size is actually full size.

The room did not have a Safe to keep you valuables in. The carpet needed cleaning badly. No refrigerator or microwave oven was in the room. Found out when I checked out a refrigerator would be sent to the room upon request. This was a detail that was not told to me when I checked in. For the rates charged, the room should have had a microwave, refrigerator and safe in it.

Not a great experience at an otherwise nice hotel Unfortunately, we found ourselves locked out of our room due to electronic failures on the door and it happened after returning from a long day on our feet so it wasn't a good moment. On the upside, the day shift supervisor Lawrence was working thru a busy day to help us move to another room the next day and at least comp us due to the inconvenience which was appreciated since the duration felt like a couple of hours that morning. OMG the bed was the best!! The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The casino was nice but I wish it was non-smoking.. my hair smelled like smoke.. but very nice hotel.
