Will return Nice hotel. Room could have been a little cleaner, but overall good stay.

Hotel ok, everything else was bad. Hotel was ok, casino and buffet were terrible.

Very nice room but not perfect I understand this is a hotel and casino and the goal is to get guests downstairs and on the casino floor. However, Some basic amenities are missing like a refrigerator and microwave. The worst complaint is the hot water never got beyond lukewarm. Overall, the room is beautiful and immaculate

Customer Service needs work! Harlow’s is a great hotel with wonderful amenities. But, the customer service is very poor, in my opinion. Anyone who’s ever stayed in Vegas will immediately recognize the difference.

Mississippi Not Burning !!! Two weeks ago, I made a reservation for a smoking room for Christmas night . After we checked in ,we discovered that the room was a non-smoking room. We called the front desk and told them that the room was an non-smoking room. They decided to help us ,after some insistence from my wife .They said they could put us in another room in about Thirty-minutes or so. We waited and after almost an hour we were able to change our room. My wife so exhausted after this ,she quit smoking.

Short and Sweet Great for a one night birthday stay and the gambling was great the food at Louie’s was awesome and the room very spacious and comfortable definitely would stay again
