I have been a patient here for about 5 years now. Dr. Courtney is amazing. I feel so comfortable here and this means a lot. We have all been to places where we didn't feel comfortable or listened too and I definitely give 5 stars stars 💫💫💫💫💫. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Doctor are fine, the staff that are supposed to collect faxes, mail me things, and most especially do the prior auths I am told I don’t have to call back but I hear nothing and neither does the pharmacy. Those answering the phones are doing better except for one who refuses to do something I know she can do because she has before (send a message to the doctor) still waiting on a prior authorization for weeks now. I will not call 10 times like I’ve had to in the past so the office staff neeeds to get it together.
They have no care for mental health, especially the doctor Kyle phebes He acted like he was going to help and then turns around and makes a big case treating me like I’m not even a human awful awful person This is no good for anyone’s mental health to be treated so horrible
