Get directionsVery clean and well maintained atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. I felt welcome and accommodating my needs and answered all my questions made me feel confident
We have really valued Harmony village as a place for my mother-in-law. They helped us navigate all of the doctors and medication’s and really took care of everything in a competent and nurturing way. We came in at a very critical moment and since then have not had to worry about or question medications and several different therapies. Everything has been done and taken care of. The administrative staff keeps a very watchful eye. And the nurses are lovely. They always have a ton of activities and things happening and going on... read more

Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. We are thrilled to hear about your mother-in-laws experience. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional care for your mother-in-law and all of our residents.
Lovely place. Staff is very kind. I would recommend highly.
I have the feelings of the people there are very compassionate and are trained to care for people with diminished abilities.
In a bind, (my future mother in-law [name removed], had just left another rehab, which she didn't like), we were seeking a rehab place after a few falls and a week long stay in a hospital. I called Care One in Westwood, left message and within two minutes, [name removed], who is the administrator at CareOne at Valley called back. [name removed] and her staff were above and beyond friendly, helping us with our admission into their facilit... read more
We were originally sold on Harmony Village because they promoted their "Augi" AI system which was to alert the staff if Mom tried to get out of bed. Mom fell twice while there and broke her hip. We told the director that Mom was a fall risk and would try to get out of bed without help regularly. After her second fall (no injuries) the staff recommended we get a floor bed that would lower to the floor at night so she couldn't get out of bed. The aides were wonderful, very patient and kind!
My mom has been provided great care after breaking her hip. The nurses are efficient & caring. I cannot praise the physical therapists any higher than an A plus. If there was a higher mark, they would get it! They’ve helped mom walk again. The food is good & there’s a selection each meal. The management have been helpful with any questions or problems. I would highly recommend them for care.
Brand new facility, very bright and happy decor, clean, friendly and caring staff who are all patient and trained specifically for memory care. It will never be perfect but happy with our decision. Would like to see better meals and more group activities. Most residents are in wheel chairs.
It truly depends on which particular staff and team is on. There is an A team and a D team, not much in between. Lack of appropriately staffed and trained care partners with high turnover from nurses causes a negative impact for residents.
