I've been accustomed to waiting at least 15 minutes, sometimes much longer for Riverchase Dermatology just to answer their phone. What a pleasure it was to find a practice that answers their calls right away. I was able to get an appointment the next day and found Dr. Harris and staff to be very friendly and proficient. I'm very happy that I made the move.
