I went through the er to be seen. After waiting 12hrs the only thing had been done was vitals.. after being place in a rm for 2hrs wit no doctor I proceeded to step in hallway to ask y no doctor in so long. As the nurse tried to explain another nurse step in by saying,,,uhhh do u just wanna sign papers to release ur self without being seen. I was so stunned of her nasty damina. BT is a top notch trauma center. That's what they love to do and they do it very well. Now, as far as EVERYTHING else, this hospital is marginally preferable to death: the staff has poor attitude,extremely self-entitled and not at all charitable. Most of them give the impression they just show up for the paycheck. The doctors are irritably condescending (I wonder why...it's not like they work at John Hopkins) and they act as if they are so far above their patients, they cannot even look you in the eye when they are "barking"... read more
LET ME START OFF BY TELLING EVERYONE.....THEY SAVED MY LIFE! ME AND MY FAMILY CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH. THROUGH THEM GOD GAVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE AT LIFE. THE DOCTORS AND NURSES TOOK CARE OF ME AS IF THEY WERE TAKIN CARE OF ONE OF THEIR OWN. I CAN NEVER REPAY THEM BACK FOR ALL THE KINDNESS THEY SHOWED ME AND MY FAMILY.
