RecommendedPerfect location for the beach! The water was right out the door! You could see the water while watching tv or eating at the table! Very clean! I can’t wait to go back!

I stayed at Riverbend in Alexander City, Alabama and absolutely fell in love with the place. It has such a homey feel and such an amazing place to just relax. The grandchildren loved playing in the lake and feeding ducks. The screened in deck was a perfect place for an evening family game night and then lunch the next day. The adults enjoyed playing pool, playing in the water and fishing. I will definitely be back!

We love the big beach house, we have stayed there 6 times over the last 7 years.(didn't get to last year,due to everything going on). Great location and a short board walk to beach, however the boards on the boardwalk can use some repairs. We love sitting on the enclosed porch, some fans need work on,very wobble..I don't care for the parking, curve is way to narrow, and yes I have got stuck and had to get a tow out. PERFECT WEEK!! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. Met and made new friends. Watched beautiful sunrises and glorious sunsets. Lenetta made sure everything was just perfect in the house, so perfect, we've already booked for next year, and I don't want to leave tomorrow. Hands down Harris Vacation Rentals is the way to go when planning a vacation in Beautiful Gulf Shores!!!

We enjoyed our week at SUMMER OF 42. The folks at Harris were very easy to work with during the whole process. Booking, answering questions leading up to our arrival, checking in and out. The location of the house was the BEST. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. The kids were able to go and come without assistance or us having to worrying about them. Wonderful condo 102E. The entire place is so well kept! Only wished our boardwalk was open, we had to go to the west boardwalk for beach access. Condo was clean & well stocked. The ppl upstairs were not at all concerned about their heavy 6 am foot traffic but other than that 10/10 recommend!!! It was a very relaxing trip, much needed!!!
