Was quoted over the phone a price. Then I get there and it was more than double what they had originally told. Had already waited weeks to get an appointment so I went ahead and did it due to the pain I was in. I will never be back or recommend to anyone ever!
Will never be back or recommend to anyone ever. They quote one thing then when you get there tell you it’s twice as much after making you wait weeks to get in.
Went to get cavities filled. Falling out after 6 months. So friendly but poor work. 10k on insurance and sharp edges everywhere. Had 4 filled by a tech and the dentist dr. Price came in and had to redo them. Nothing like having cavities done twice. Maplecrest location. Carrying the worst worker they will shift you to because no one wants her. A month of pain. Smiles don't replace poor work. Impossible to post reviews that show. Dentist don't preform work anymore..its all practice for bottom of the class graduate techs.
They could improve by giving clients all of the information they need to make justifiable decisions about dental work. I needed a new crown due to they one I had breaking. I went in to see them. They told me a I needed a new crown, but didn't ask me about the previous crown like how long ago I got it done and where. They never reached out to my previous dentist for records. Because I wouldn't know when I got the crown done before, I went ahead and agreed to the new crown. Assuming the crown was years old due to it breaking. ... read more
