Professional approach towards the whole process. Y’all were great at explaining what was needed and responses were quick and helpful!
Velocio honored the rates they promised. They beat the rates of most all the banks and the mortgage officers responded back to calls promptly. The only drawback to me was the final approval only came days before the closing. I would use them again if the opportunity presented itself.
It was my first time, but it was not a mistake connecting with you guys., you guys did a great job. I can definitely recommend you guys.

I can say it had it challenges in the beginning . But at the end it was well worth it. I just want to say be patience with process . But, Mr . O’dell came through . I Thank GOD that I meet Mr’Odell and close on the house.
