In 2019, the land hurricane we had, Hartman replaced my roof. the work done on the roof was beautiful, and I'm pleased with it. However, the claim also included some window beading that needed replaced around several windows, as well as several screens, I believe. At the time, they contacted out the glass work to another company that couldn't get the beading for those windows. They did an inspection and said we need a new roof. The Insurance inspector said it didn't. I had another company come look and they said didn't see that it needed to be replace. I paid a licensed home inspector and he confirmed that no replacement needed.

Hello Wayne, when we inspect a roof and see damage, we make a recommendation based on what we see. Others may see it differently and make a different recommendation. We look at roofs daily and stand behind our recommendations.
Customer service is very important and we have not had good customer service since our job was scheduled. No one has communicated a single thing since the job was actually scheduled and no matter how many phone calls or emails have been made or sent and voicemails have been left, we STILL haven’t heard from them. It’s been over two months.

Around the time the land hurricane hit, along with the numerous hail storms our staff has been working around the clock doing free temporary repairs for people who’s homes were damaged.
