Five of us were at Harvest on Main and everyone ordered something different. Of course we all had to taste each other's dishes an they were all spectacular! We'll be back the next time we're in Blue Ridge!!!
This was our 2nd time eating at The Harvest on Main. Both meals were excellent and the best service we had on both visits to Blueridge. Reservations are recommended but if you end up eating at the bar it's just another great experience in itself. Best Restaurant in Blueridge!
Harvest on Main is consistently awesome! It doesn't matter what you order, everything they serve is delicious and top-quality. My wife and I split their Mediterranean sampler (hummus, olives, cheesy flatbread, spinach salad w/ feta, pickled tomatoes), then to a house salad (with their yummy pickled green beans), then to entrees of broiled pork chop (with greens and mashed sweet potatoes) and the pecan covered trout. Hostess was rather uninvolved. We had to ask for n enus, then had to get silver service ourselves when food arrived. Food was great, but service was average.
Family dinner on a Saturday night at 8pm. The place was humming with activity and the atmosphere was friendly and provided a classy lodge feel. Food was excellent including the bone-in chop, shrimp and grits and finally the steak. All prepared well with a special twist to each by the chef. The only disappointment was the service. Harvest on Main is a pretty log cabin on Main St in Blue Ridge, Ga. We stopped for lunch and we're pleased with the good food and cute inside so we decided to try it for dinner a couple days later. Very busy, reservations a must as it is nearly the only place open downtown weekday evenings. The food was good. Nothing exceptional, but very good.
