Haug Law Group were amazing. I thought for sure they wouldn't be able to do anything. I was involved in a really bad motorcycle accident and was just lucky to be alive. I was involved in a traffic accident and I got what me and my friends thought was a BS ticket. However, my original thought was to just go to court and plead NOLO. Unfortunately, my court date got reschedule for a period of time where I would be out of Atlanta. Colin was a great lawyer/resource to have. If I could give them 0 start I would, this is probably the worse experience that I had with a law firm. I got my case open with them since July 2021 for a car accident. This case should have been close a long time ago. Not a lawyer but my case was a no brainer from day 1. The lawyer that they assigned to my case quit and another lawyer took my case. My experience with Haug Barron Law Group, LLC, and Katz Personal Injury Lawyers has been deeply disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I constantly had to push for updates. The firm arranged costly, unnecessary procedures with a lien-based doctor, which could have been covered by my insurance, leaving me with substantial bills when they abruptly withdrew from my case. The company is Awful AWFUL AWFUL run run run they don't handle business at all every time you speck with someone, they tell you I just got this file and give you the run around DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM
I have been waiting for 2 years at this point to close out a fender bender case. I have contacted them several times over the past 2 years to get things done and have even had to step in and call my chiropractor who alerted me they were ready to close this case as well, but I am being told by this law firm that they cannot get in touch with the Dr. Every time I email or call there is an excuse. I highly recommend that you NEVER consider Haug Law Group!!!! When in an accident, these attorneys only care about being paid they do not care about your injury or what is best for your case it's been 4 years of them working on my case!!!!!! This law firm has done nothing in my best interest and literally has only been working to pay themselves. Out of a terrible car accident with 5 years of treatment we ended up settling below what was told to me the entire time I was getting these painful treatments for $100,000 in April. Now it is June and they tried to get Me to release my claim and receive $1500 from the entire settlement.
