I was very pleased with their services. Prompt and professional . In spite of 8 inches of heavy snow the day before my scheduled delivery my driver was right on time! He even had to unload my UTV and drive it the last mile!
Haul-A-Way Was very professional when I called to make the reservation. When I called back to see if they were going to have a driver ready to pick it up on a Saturday being shipped they assured me that someone would be there. After making arrangements. The driver was 5 days late. The delivery was good though.
After contacting and planning for car transport with another company, I was finally ghosted by them. I called and told Bobby my problem and it had been a month since I contacted this other company. He took care of it for me and within a week my car was picked up and delivered. I will call him direct next time and avoid all the phone calls and emails from companies that promise you the world and provide nothing!
Hands down the best shipping company out there! Bobby has been a pleasure to work with! He's knowledgeable and will get the job done! We will continue to ship thru this company everytime! If you're looking for a hassle free process, this is your go to guy!
