In an emergency, I had to leave the vet I was used to when my dog was sick. At the time, Haven was more than willing to take her in for a last minute appointment. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with Kidney disease. The vet and all of the staff were some of the kindest individuals in the situation. They were empathetic and sympathetic as well as beyond thorough in explaining her future care. This week, my dog had to be put to sleep. I went back to them. It has taken me a long time to find not only a good vet, but one I can agree with. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in not only the making of the appointment, but tremendously friendly through the entire checkup! Dr Jonathan Cahalan has been the first and only vet that I have found (even when working in the field myself) that respects my decision on waiting until my pups turn two to spay and neuter. Which I find incredibly relieving. I can not recommend this clinic enough!

I highly recommend Haven Animal hospital. We had a very sick cat and a commitment we need to be at. They were willing to take us early AND keep our cat until our son could pick her up. They did diagnosis on her and recommended we take her to a vet hospital which we did as she was very, very sick. Thank you for being flexible and being willing to work with us during this stressful time.

Great service. Loving, caring staff. Everyone there is very helpful and appears to love what they do. They treat you and your pet with love and respect. They spend as much time with you discussing your pet and answering questions. Facility is clean and cheerful. They also do follow-up calls to check on your pet and reminders of appointments.
