Amazing! From the initial telephone contact with Top Flight Financial/Haven Home Equity the entire process was simply amazing and much easier than I thought it would be! To be completely transparent it was even more structurally efficient as well, even with a major set back none of us saw coming! Honest and quick After thinking about a cashout refi, I started getting in touch with several loan officers. One in particular just felt right. After accepting the call, I knew I picked someone I could trust. My Loan manager Sarah, was able to answer all my questions, and even changed my trajectory for my financial needs. She was always available, truthful and honest. Her whole team was wonderful from start to finish!
