The office staff was friendly and accommodating and even bought special equipment to address my particular issues. They were also very professional and gracious when I was behaving oddly after being drugged... WHOOPS!
The people there are professional, polite, and very nice and easy to talk to. Gwen was the first I met at the counter, and she made a great first impression with her sincere smiles and handshake. Later Dr. Botros gave me more confidence with every word she spoke the first time we met. I was very pleased the way she explained the dental implant I had come in to talk to her about. I always love coming into the clinic. Dr. B. does a wonderful job. Everyone there is always so friendly and willing to explain things to me as well as show me some tips and tricks to keep my teeth as healthy as possible. Very easy to work with and such a bright and positive place to be :) Makes something as uneventful as going to the dentist a fun nice experience!

First of all, my appointment hour was exactly on time---I like that! Secondly, Dr. Harada impressed me by being up-front about my teeth situation. Thirdly, Fran & Ericka were friendly & courteous. Fourthly, I took advantage of the Gold Membership Savings Plan with Ericka explaining the program. Fifthly, I got an appointment to clean my teeth a week from today.
