Victor, Andrebb, and Bradley installed a refrigerator we purchased from Best Buy. They did a fantastic job and were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The refrigerator was a tight fit to get into our condo and they took great care not to damage any of the walls and ceilings. I would highly recommend this outstanding team.
Amazing service and help from Victor, Andrebb, and Bradley. They ALL went above and beyond helping us remove an extremely stubborn built-in refrigerator. I'd highly recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and well-prepared. Highly recommend them!!
This review should have been written months ago but This is the fourth time Hawaii Unified has come to my aid having to fix another company’s error. Twice for Best Buy Appliances and twice for Servpro Kailua which I consider completely unprofessional and incompetent. Victor is nothing less than a life savor and has gone out of his way for me time and time again just to make things right. Our dishwasher we bought from Best Buy was delivered and installed on January 20th by Andrebb and Aubren. They did an excellent job and were very professional and friendly.

Victor came to our condo to measure for installation of washer/dryer stack and dishwasher, purchased from Best Buy. He was very knowledgable, friendly and professional, solving some problems and identifying others. He was thorough and thoroughly competent. Great job, Victor!
HAWAII UNIFIED CAME TO INSTALL MY STOVETOP AND THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB AND THERE WERE 2 GUYS CAME ANDREBB AND AUBREN AND THEY WE SO FRIENDLY AND CLEANED AND INSTALLED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Hawaii unified is five stars plus in my opinion. I have worked with them several times now and have never been disappointed. They are top notch in every category, with the customers satisfaction always a priority! They are a third party vendor to Best Buy which always makes me laugh bc if it wasn’t for Jesse, and crew, and their diligence, Best Buy probably wouldn’t be in business.
