Victor, AndreBB & Kingston did a fantastic job of installing my new appliances: over-the cooktop microwave oven, glass cooktop and a side-by-side refrigerator. They had some challenges but due to their expertise & efficiency they were able to do a great job. I'm very pleased with their work! Mahalo!
Andrebb and Victor called to give me an estimated time and even came before that. I appreciated the punctuality so I could return to work. The two were kind and courteous, and helped me to remove my pots that I forgot in the cupboard so they could get to the stove top. They even showed me how to work the stove and told me for my next installation that I should call Best Buy to have the come for measurements. Thank you for your kind service!
We recently had a refrigerator installed and Victor and his crew, Andrebb and Bradley from Hawaii Unified made the job a fast and professional one. They adjusted schedules to accommodate this installation, even going back for an inspection after I had missed a call from them due to a mistake on the invoice from the original vendor. Victor, Andrebb and Bradley did a fantastic job with removal of my old refrigerator and installing the new refrigerator. They are friendly, very respectful and very conscientious of their surroundings. They took extra care and precautions to ensure the ceiling, floors and walls were protected. I could not have asked for a more professional team! They were the best!! Very pleased with their service.

Victor, Andrebb, Jonathan, and Bradley did a fantastic job installing my refrigerator. They were very professional, friendly, respectful, and attentive. Before the installation, they double-checked the measurements and constantly communicated with me. They also place cardboard on your floors so nothing happens to them. I am happy that they were there to install my fridge.
Victor, Andrebb, and Bradley installed a refrigerator we purchased from Best Buy. They did a fantastic job and were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The refrigerator was a tight fit to get into our condo and they took great care not to damage any of the walls and ceilings. I would highly recommend this outstanding team.

This review should have been written months ago but This is the fourth time Hawaii Unified has come to my aid having to fix another company’s error. Twice for Best Buy Appliances and twice for Servpro Kailua which I consider completely unprofessional and incompetent. Victor is nothing less than a life savor and has gone out of his way for me time and time again just to make things right.
