RecommendedI have been going to Hawthorne for many many years - they have cared for five of my pugs throughout the years and have always been thoughtful, caring, professional and supportive throughout everything we have been through.
Our Chihuahua was attacked by our neighbors dog, her skin was totally ripped off her entire stomach and her leg was sliced open. Hawthorne got her in ASAP and did emergency surgery on her, we seriously didn't know if she would make it. They never once mentioned price, there main concern was her. Now our girl is home recovering and they worked out a payment plan with us. I absolutely will never use another vet. They go out of their way to make you feel like your part of their family and your kids are their kids. We love them to death. Would never go anywhere else.
I had to put my Dudley down. They were so caring and gentle with him. They let me stay as long as I wanted with him. Still heartbroken, they take such good care our dogs � thank you!

This is a clean, up to date facility with wonderful technology and you won't find a more caring staff. They have helped me on multiple occasions with last minute appointments for foster animals. They care about the pets and want to give them the best care possible! Highly recommend them! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

The veterinarians at Hawthorne identified a massive infection in my dog that wasn't visible on X-rays and ultimately saved her life. They were persistent with their recommendation to perform an exploratory surgery following some unusual symptoms and to our shock, a softball-sized, infected mass was identified. Their care and conservatism is the reason our sweet Delta is still here with us this weekend. We can't thank them enough for saving her life and taking her pain away.
