Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a patio with a lot of unfortunate issues that needed redone, and Carl was so polite honest and professional with us beginning to end. The work crew showed up and gave nothing but excellent hard work , and direct polite communication from the foreman to answer a few simple questions in betwee pulling out the old and putting in the new. I'm the customer that likes to not be inundated with too many text/calls. This experience was perfect for the extroverted introvert. I was communicated with when absolutely necessary, there was no up-sale, just exactly what I needed. I provided a budget and HD kept it within my needs with the quality I wanted. I loved this experience and hope that my neighbors get to enjoy it as well.
