The massage was nice but it is an older room. / building. Not really spa material.

Our massage started late although we had our forms completed prior to arriving, and ENDED EARLY. About 5 min early but that matters after a late start. So we got about a 40-45 minute massage. I told my masseuse where my problem area was (lower back) and she chose to focus on my shoulders and neck for about 30 minutes instead. It was an awful experience. Nothing like I anticipated. And instead of giving us our drinks while we waited, they gave them when we finished. That seemed a little backwards.

Although my massage was thorough on the parts she was able to get to, I was shorted 20 minutes of my massage. Had she given me the full 60 minutes, I’m sure it would have been an excellent massage. They are receiving 2 stars because they emphasize for you to arrive early to fill out paperwork, but then they don’t even take you back on time. Hence the reason why you’re shorted!

I had to pay and extra $10 for a deep tissue massage amd then they tell me when I show up, I paid for 60 mins, but I only get 50 mins for prep time. They are not competitive with their pricing, they are way more than others in the same area. The only reason I chose them is because they were open on Monday when I am off. The girl was 7 mins late, wouldnt be a big deal, but I paid for those 7 mins.

The girls were nice but the actual massage was “meh” at best. I’ve had a lot of massages and this by far was the biggest let down. Super lengthy intake form, finally in the room at 5:22, the “60 min” massage was over at 5:52. One of the girls had her service dog with her the entire time, didn’t bother me much but I was never asked if it was ok. Definitely won’t go back, way better places out there

Disappointing massage. Time isn’t for the massage it’s for the whole experience including your wait, snacks, and wine. Specifically requested certain areas to be worked on and they were ignored completely. They asked for a response and we mentioned it was a disappointing experience and got no response.

While trying to set up the appointment they require you to give them the voucher number even if you arent comfortable doing so. Who's to stop them from redeeming it before you get your massage? Massage was not an entire hour- started 10 after and ended 5 of, my husband was 15 minutes early for the appointment. Beverages not offered until after which is pointless. Highly disappointed.
