Very unprofessional rude people. They don't care how long they make you wait, they are unapologetic, not courteous, or empathetic. Had to get a drug test done here and not only did they make me wait for over 2 hours, I begged and pleaded with them to let me relieve myself because I was going to burst. They didn't care and it was very clear they loved the power trip. They are power hungry, hateful people and I can only assume they take their horrible personal lives out on their patients. Atlanta location must be very understaffed and poorly coached. ive been twice because its close to home and both times its been a two hour wait.
Because if you don’t have COVID it’s hard to see someone!! And it’s always crowded
My daughter went in for X-ray because of a fall over the weekend tried the Marshall facility Sunday but they didn’t have an Tech! so she went in as soon as she got the kids to school this morning She waited probably 2hrs before she was seen they did an X-ray and said she had a hairline fracture and told the arm was swollen given a splint NO MEDS and a referral to an orthopedic surgeon but didn’t bother tell her which one. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour and we were the first person in there. Then sat in the exam room for about 45 minutes. They took entirely too long and then never called in my prescription to my pharmacy, which I was supposed to pick up the next morning, so it wasn’t ready until late afternoon the next day.
