Great service! After a few hiccups, everything went well.. data entry needs to be a little more careful to enter the info needed to locate the patient. For example: wrong birthday, misspelled name etc… it’s not only frustrating for the patient but for your employees too! After a few tries every thing was corrected and it was easier to get the help I needed. No system is perfect but as long staff is willing to go the extra mile everything works out well!
