Staff verbally with courtesy when you first walk in the clinic, everybody always smiling, no long waits. Doctors provide good care and communication. I feel everyone is knowledgeable of their jobs. I was seen as a patient.
I really don’t trust this facility it seems like they only doing what’s in the best interests of the companies and not the patients, I came in with a serious issue pertaining to my job telling them how uncomfortable I feel and all the issues that’s going on at work, and they turned me away and said it’s not work related when I know it’s work related because I’m there every day, and I’m face to face with these issues, it sucks that alot of these big corporations have these medical institutions in their pockets, they rather I ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Katz. I love his honesty and compassion. He has been super supportive for the last year. He did my shoulder surgery and Dr. Perez did my hand surgery I am grateful that I was sent to them. The parking is not great. I had to park far. I have to look at it this way they are that good.
Went in with torn cartilage and ligaments and without checking it he said “you’ve got a sprained wrist. Go back to work full duty. I’m like “something is out of place” he says I haven’t checked the X-rays. I go back to work and proceed to injure the other arm even worse. Don’t go to this place for a work injury!!!!
I have visited this site twice for a doctor's appointment. The staff was very professional. Dr Troung was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know.
