I have been going to Healthpointe for over 5 years and they have given me the most respect, hospitality and knowledge of my diagnosis. The staff is awesome and always greet you like you are part of their family. They always have a smile to greet you with even if it crazy packed with people in the lobby. Now Dr. Saeed is the most popular and kind and caring knowledgeable Doctor I know. The wait was long.My appointment time was 1:00pm I was not called until after 2:00p Once i was placed in room, doctor Nick attended to me right away.

Facility is clean. Staff was welcoming right upon entry. Check in was quick and painless. The wait time was short. The nurse was kind and caring. The doctor was patient, kind, and explained everything throughly. The check out staff was quick and kind. Great facility and staff. Highly recommend.
