Well I live in Redlands and the appointment I had was in Anaheim whitch is vary in convenient for me other then that the visit was vary professional and I was treated well by everyone at your Anaheim facility.

Everyone was very helpful
I think employees need to be a little bit warmer when greeting or putting patients inthe rooms, or taking patient's medical info into their health history. It does make feel the sick person a little bit welcome and concern about their health problem by employees. I know we are the bread and butter of these institutions and their employees, just remember one thing, you are there to serve the patients. Employees are very professional, but they are missing people's skills. Thanks.
