Irwindale: they do a great job of communicating with the doctor to ensure correct appointment regarding my specific case. very friendly. time and efficient with appointments and visits.
I like that this clinic is very detailed and quick. I like that the doctor is truthful and tactful. I felt like I was really being well taken care of.

I have mixed reviews and rating for my experiences at Healthpoint. I give five stars for the ladies in the front office. They always greet with a smile and are helpful. They always work around my schedule. I also like the medical assistant, he seems to listen more. The doctor/physician gets 3.5 to 4 for their service. I sometimes feel that they are in a rush to get in and out and are not really listening. For this reason, I did not give a full five.

Irwindale: the staff at healthpointe are incredible. They really put emphasis on getting you the right treatment along with the right recommendations without trying to hussle you in into something that you really do not need. All in all, I would definitely recommend healthpointe to anyone seeking or changing their health policies or doctors.
