Easy and quick
The therapist and workers are always pleasant and helpful. I loved learning the new stretch exercises that can help me, not only for the rehabilitation of my muscles, but Hopefully, those stretching exercises will help heal what was damaged back to a complete full use and movement of my legs, Sciatica nerves and entire body and without the pain; ESPECIALLY from my right and left-side Sciatica nerves! I can exercise with those stretching exercises for the rest of my life.
