The Temecula Office: I have been to the office 3 times now. Dr.Kim has offered treatment options from the first day which tells me he is all about helping patients and making them benefit. Dr. Kim and his staff are very kind and attentive. I can see why they had good ratings when I researched his practice on the internet.
Temecula Office: Very courteous staff and always willing to go above and beyond their normal routine/job. The office is very accommodating even though there are days there's a lot of patients. They're always concerned about your appointment time. The PT section always treats you as a new patient, always concerned how your feeling each time you visit. Temecula Office: Dr Alupay gives his patients the time they need even if staff alerts him of time crunch. He responds, that he needs to be thorough with his patients. I appreciate that.
