I can't overstate how caring the staff is and how willing they are to go above and beyond! They give excellent customer service and made great recommendations regarding lifestyle changes I could make at home. They even arranged for me to get a mediation app free :)

Health Quest Physical Therapy has been the best experience. Each physical therapist brings their own style to your treatment plan. They listen to how you are doing and make suggestions of how to improve your situation. They adjust the plan as needed. The physical therapy assistants are also special folks. Even after I had been going for weeks, assistants observed and corrected postioning problems from time to time. There is no sense doing exercises if you aren't trying to get the best results! I am a very active senior with some serious pain issues. HealthQuest was able to address all of my issues. When something wasn't working they really listened to me and modified their approach. As an RN that specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation I knew that I would benefit the most from manual therapy and I got it. HealthQuest is super. Great professionals, experienced and knowledgeable. Very well maintained office. The staff demonstrated a wonderful ability to listen to my problems, and explain the treatments. I strongly recommend HealthQuest to all who may seek physical therapy.
Wonderful staff and they really know how to make people feel welcomed. My PT sessions, along with the at-home exercises and stretches they equipped me with, have made a significant difference on my carpal tunnel. Definitely would recommend.
They did a great job helping me reduce my shoulder pain. The therapists got me on the best exercise regimen to work on at home. A few weeks later and the problem seemed to have mostly evaporated.
This is the greatest and friendliest physical therapy facility. I have used their services on 3 separate occasions and each set of sessions was 100% successful in getting me back to normal. They even cured me from having to have rotator cuff surgery. I highly recommend them.
