Every one at HQPT - Lake Orion is great!! Excellent care. I appreciate both the Physical Therapist and the techs take the time to make sure that I understand the exercises and stretches , both the benefit as well as the proper positioning and movement.
Business response:
It was a pleasure having you as part of the HealthQuest family. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Dan and all the staff were welcoming and explained everything. The office staff was very friendly. The explanations given by Dan, Dana, Chase and all the assistants that walk you through your exercises each visit were helpful. I always walked out of Health Quest feeling like I had worked the areas needed vigorously. The quality of care was terrific. I was sorry when my time there was done, but I have great tools going forward and feel so much better! Suzanne S.
Business response:
Nothing makes us happier than hearing our patients are feeling better and getting back to the things they enjoy. Thanks for your review and for choosing HealthQuest PT!
I have used this HealthQuest location twice now. The first time they fixed a chronic back issue and most recently a rotator cuff shoulder injury. The therapists and support staff are all knowledgeable and caring.
Business response:
We are thrilled to hear you had a positive experience with us and proud to be part of this community.
This is the 3rd PT program that I have participated. HealthQuest is by far the best! You are always seen timely at your appointment time. EVERY session a physical therapist will provide treatment, evaluate, and adjust your plan as necessary. A physical therapy technician ALWAYS oversees your exercises and provides feedback to ensure effectiveness. Staff is exceptionally trained and knowledgeable. I highly recommend HealthQuest!
Solid 5 stars. Professional staff and physical therapy. Best PT clinic I have ever been to.
Phil and Dan along with the rest of the staff are second to none! I have used other PT clinics in the past and HealthQuest in Lake Orion is by far the best from a customer service standpoint and results standpoint. Thanks!!!
This is an exceptional team and I am happy to highly recommend them to friends and family. I had ACL knee surgery which was followed by many doubts until my first appointment at Quest. Dan, Russell, and team are true professionals with top notch expertise and a passion for their patients. They quickly built trust and went to work on my knee re-habilitation. They have a full spectrum of tools and techniques to tailor your treatment. Extremely effective! After my last visit, I felt better than I have in years. This t... read more
I found the therapist to be knowledgeable & very professional. They were all very attentive & helpful keeping me on track. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to heel.
My experience at Health Quest of Lake Orion was extremely helpful after my leg was amputated and I received my prosthetic. The team of physical therapists and associates who worked with me twice a week and also toward the end, once a week, did an outstanding job getting me back to as much of a normal life functionality as possible. I would like to say a huge "Thank you" to Dan Cady, Phil Krause, Becca and Patti for all they did. I will highly recommend HQ of Lake Orion to anyone who should be in need of PT.
