I did a round of PT for my neck after a car accident. Caitlyn was wonderful, and answered every question I had. She listened and made modifications for me. You can tell they really care about people and enjoy their jobs. The office staff is kind and easy to work with, even when calling or scheduling. I have no complaints.

I've been to physical therapy a few times but have never received the type of care that I've had here. The therapists that I had, Holly and Peg were both attentive and professional. The exercise professional, Jimmy, was also professional and kind (even when I asked the same things over and over). I have to also give a compliment to Olive who was both kind and caring. I did physical therapy here after my knee surgery. HealthQuest SCS changed my view on physical therapy after a bad experience at another place. Glad my Dr recommended HealthQuest. The therapists, Renee and Fran were amazing as well as the techs and front desk staff. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd experience with Healthquest and was just as positive as the last 2 in other locations. I was excited to see the new location in St. Clair Shores open up for ease of attending. The team was great throughout the process. Caitlin was a great therapist. I love how she takes the time to really understand and find solutions. Decisions concerning your personal health should not be taken lightly. I was experiencing issues with my shoulder dislocating, but had been putting off getting therapy for it due to my sub-par health insurance coverage. Once I decided to bite the bullet and get therapy, I began making calls for a potential therapy provider knowing my insurance would not be covering any services. Excellent clerical staff, appointments are very easy to set up. Convenient location at 9Mile and I94. Large parking lot. Therapist I'm seeing is absolutely amazing. So glad my Dr referred me here.

I haven't been in a hospital in 18yrs! I had to have a Total Left Knee Replacement & needed extensive PT following the surgery. I can't say enough about the care & instruction, I received, from Caitlin Hall/PT, Mike/Clinical Mgr, Rachel/Admin & all the wonderful PT Techs. Their expertise is premier.
