I can’t say enough about this facility, Ken Kubiak, or the great staff. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm, personable, and friendly Tiffany. Once greeted you’ll be evaluated by Ken, who I found to be informative, kind, and respectful, he wanted to hear and actually listened to my concerns regarding my pain and trouble areas. Recently I was treated for a knee issue at Health Quest in Waterford. The entire staff was kind and wonderful to work with. I am grateful for the time that Ken and Kyle spent listening to my concerns, answering questions and for their knowledge of how to treat my injury. After the final session, I left with a thorough exercise program to continue at home. Thank you for everything!!
My,my,my...Ken has an outstanding crew working for him. Each and every one from Tiffany and Dez at the front desk to ALL his PT's Marcus, Kyle,Adam then the exercise specialist, Pablo, John, Hanna, Dominique, Parker. I am just a few days shy of 12 weeks post- op and couldn't be more pleased with my recovery from my total knee replacement they helped me come back from. I limped into Healthquest physical therapy. I was diagnosed with fibromyalia in 2008, which causes me pain. My pain management nurse practitioner gave me a referral to be evaluated by Ken Kubiak for the greater trochanteric bursitis. After the evaluation I had hope. The staff at the Waterford location are all great! They treat you as a person not just a patient. They are all kind, caring, friendly and I especially love Cooper the dog who greets everyone. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing PT.
