I was referred by my primary doctor for my back and they did such great work, that when my podiatrist wanted me to go for therapy for my foot, I asked to go back to them, I did 2 rounds for my foot, when I 1st started going I could barely walk on it. Now walking is 85% better, I do believe if there wasn't a mass on my heel, I would be 100% better, They are great from Ken to Cooper the dog, they're friendly and attentive, from scheduling to working on you. I couldn't be more pleased with my results.

I can't say enough about this facility, Ken Kubiak, or the great staff. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm, personable, and friendly Tiffany. Once greeted you'll be evaluated by Ken, who I found to be informative, kind, and respectful, he wanted to hear and actually listened to my concerns regarding my pain and trouble areas. From start to finish, my experience here for hip rehabilitation was outstanding! Every person on staff was kind, friendly, respectful, thorough and supportive. They made me feel like a member of their HQPT family! I will recommend them to anyone who needs rehab for any reason, and will return there if I need help in the future. I had an amazing experience at the Waterford facility. Everyone there was kind, gracious, extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time and humor. Excellent care. Tiffany was wonderful- she made me feel welcome from my first call. The therapists and exercise trainers knew what they were doing and took the time to listen to me to tailor my treatment to my issues. I was in excruciating pain when I first went there and they got me in right away. After 4 weeks, my condition was 99% fixed and I left with a plan to co to use to work to get back to 100%. The star of the facility is Cooper-their mascot. I highly recommend the Waterford location. They were great!

Very thoroughly run. Ken, the owner knows his stuff. Everyone is very personable, compassionate, and eager to help you get back on your feet or back to whatever lifestyle you previously had. Great customer service! I walked in feeling like I was visiting family. Therapists know their stuff and if like me and need a little extra help to remember your exercises, they are always willing to help you. I went there for inflammation and pain in my shoulder area and they were able to help me get back on track to my active lifestyle.... read more
