I have being going to the Health Quest on Orchard Lake Rd for different things for a number of years and they are absolutely the very best I have ever been . They are all experienced, knowledgeable,kind, caring, and totally into knowing how to care for their clients. I truly have not desired to go anywhere else.

The level of care and professionalism was excellent. scheduling, initial evaluation, PTA treatment, exercise specialists.... All of them were great! My Total Knee Replacement recovery has been better than I expected.

The physical therapy staff is very educated in their care and treatment. Conveniently located and easy to schedule appointments. The staff is friendly and concerned about each patient and the care they need - before, during, and after treatment. They adjust exercises and modalities to accommodate condition changes. I highly recommend this PT to everyone. Not only is the staff pleasant, they actually know what they are doing. After issues with a previous PT I was nervous going anywhere. I have a herniated disc in my neck causing numbness in my arms, horrible pain and headaches. After two epidurals it was decided to try physical therapy to get me 100% and it was the best decision I made. Scott, Darcy and their team (Kara and Austin) really fixed me up and I feel 100%. I brought our teenage son in for a sprained PCL due to a sports injury. They have been amazing from the start. He is 3 weeks into his therapy and there has been a huge amount of progress made. His therapist Mitch has developed an individualized plan for him that is really pushing him to the appropriate limits. In the past I have worked with PT's that have bounced us around and didn't develop one on one time. I made it clear from the beginning that is what I was looking for. They have exceeded my expectations.

We went for an introductory meeting, to get a feel of the place. They were friendly. The place seemed noisy and somewhat crowded. The person who talked with us seemed knowledgeable; however she was not the person we would be working with, and she seemed more about getting us signed up than giving us information. We are choosing to go elsewhere.

This place is really awesome! I just completed about 5 weeks of therapy for my shoulder pain. I'm 100% out of pain! Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful! They have a team approach so you can work with any PT. They are all great, especially Mitch who is the PT that did my initial eval and who I saw the most. I went to HealthQuest for knee pain. Both Mike and Aaron were terrific. They made sure every time I went that I went out the door feeling better than when I came in. The assistants are all very professional and are studying for more advanced degrees. The front desk is warm and friendly. All the employees care about you even if you are not their patient. I highly recommend HealthQuest West Bloomfield!
