Asked for help on my fat knodes on my back and for my finger to be looked at and the doctor said she was only able to help with a couple of symptoms at a time. I still feel sick and pain all over my body

Well first of all I came only to be denied referral to get back on home health care. For I'm unable to care for self. Like cleaning my house. I can barely cook for self. Then the biggest slap in face when denied home oxygen . It can be mid 90 then can drop down to lower 80. That's ok. I'll be getting second option this Friday. My cooperation with healthy Connection has stopped . However I will make all opointments.
Took two hours to get in to see the doctor. I know they said they were back up but that's way to long.
I love all the staff at Healthy Connections, they are professional, courteous and do listen to your needs. The only problem I have is the new check in method, which is all controlled on your phone. We now have to use our phones to check in and they notify you it's time to check in, we'll I was in traffic when I got my call 20 minutes before I was to be there, let's just say that's not good!! Does make me want to look for another health care system!
I was supposed to be notified about my lab results. A week went by and nothing. Than I called about them. They said as soon as she did her chart she would call. Still nothing. So I ended up going there for and xray and I asked. I was givin a print out with Noone explaining to the the results. So I had to Google all the code things to figure what they were
Excellent care from all staff!
Three days after my flu shot last week I was sick for three days with flu-like symptoms. My experience at the cardiac clinic, X-ray room that day were as expected. Just that bad egg in the flu shot gave me a tetch of E. coli I think.
