Prompt response to my phone request for an appointment. Pre check-in by text was highly maneuverable. Friendly greeting. Short time in waiting room. Personable nurse who explained everything she was doing. She acquainted herself with my history as well as the Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Jumper, Nurse Practitioner, was extremely attentive to my situation, recommended further self-advocacy avenues to take for resolution. I felt listened-to. I felt cared-about.

It was very time efficient no waiting. Had to ultrasounds done on each leg two different doctors, but it was done with one right in with the other one no waiting in between.

Dr. Fox is awesome. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Yet personable. Explains things to where I can understand them, and he cares about his patients, even if we are older. I have known some Doctors who, when dealing with an older patient, act as if the patient has no right to exist, but Dr. Fox is not that way at all. I sure appreciate him.
