While the doctors are nice though visits are short, the office staff is rude and the nursing staff such as Jenny are condescending. There's a very hands off approach and no warmth by all staff aside from the doctors in an office which should be given that they are supposed to take care of kids. It's rather unfortunate and most, if not all should be fired.

I really did not care for the care provided by the doctors. My daughter was diagnosed (not by healthy kids), but by REAL doctors at the children's hospital, and when I told them the diagnosis, the doctor said they never hear of that disease and asked me what that conditions was! Seems more like a factory than pediatric care. The office managers there are very rude. The office manager there especially lacks courtesy and professionalism. Extremely poor office management with an insensitive and inconsiderate office manager. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years and have referred over 30 patients to Dr. Paul Shah. I was "7 minutes" late to an annual physical appointment of my daughter and we were sent back by the office manager under clause of "office policy". I was really debating wither or not to write this review because I actually loved all the care of the doctors we've seen at the practice. My issue came with the office policy and what was written in a previous review by the office in response to when they don't welcome back clients. We decided last week to switch practices because I was seeking a type of care this office can't provide-very holistically minded. So my 2 kids now (almost 3 and almost 6) have been seen at this practice since the day they were born. Dr Bob was the doctor and I highly only recommend him. However this review is for the doctor that you SHOULD NOT see and that is Dr Marcus. He truly is the biggest idiot ever. The Business Manager has finally showed up. But only as a message. When you have quietly control issues and your practice lacks sincerity, if in writing is the only way they will appear then so be it. Truth still remains as stated prior to this update....

I just saw a few reviews and no wonder all have kind of similar opinion. Thank god I wasn't the only one who felt this way ! This office has good, caring, compassionate doctors but extremely rude, unprofessional staff ( a few, not all ) including their office manager. Lack of courtesy, professionalism and respect reflects in their actions and words.
