Girl at front desk was rude. Kept telling me my dogs have had no vaccines since 2013 which I KNOW IS BULL. Could not have my dogs groomed because of it. Looking for a new place to go. My dogs have been going to this vet for over 11 years. See ya!!!! They also charge more on most everything than other vets do. I have called around.
I would not recommend this company. I have had pets and never have I had my pet routinely removed from my presence for routine, Bordetella, administration. Also, they charge for everything, not only the Kennel Cough but an exam fee that wasn't really preformed. Now they refuse to okay a resupply (6 months) of Heartgard from Petmeds when my pet is within the window of being tested. So then I call them and I have to deal with their fast talking rude office help. I'll be moving on, and so will anyone else I talk to.
