Parking lot was full, waiting room was full and did not have enough seating and waited for a long time to see the dentist after the hygienist finished. Never had these issues before. Maybe overbooked and could not attend to their patients as they should. By the way, I have been a patient for a number of years and have never had this type of experience. Maybe next time will be better
