I was nervous, due to insurance changes, to not utilize our last ob provider from our first child but knew of Sara Rubenacker from working in patient phlebotomy at Good Sam.. she exceeded my hopes after our absolute first encounter at heartland in April 2017 was horrible with Dr. Sierra.. she put me immediately at ease.. and I'm such an awkward human but made me feel like...yes.. my health problems are something to absolutely keep in mind but with my control aren't necessarily problematic.. and I appreciate that beyond what ... read more
Love it here. Everyone is so friendly and you feel like family after a while. Especially when pregnant.
They were very nice, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment I had, I highly recommend mt.vernon illinois heartland womens center.
