I liked Dr. Young. He has a lot of the good qualities that my retired GYN had! He’s the first & only doctor I can compliment this way! My previous dr, Dr Ott & her staff, were very “cool” & acted like they didn’t want to be there. One of the front desk attendants in your office might need mire training; she wad more tuned into her phone than getting me checked in, (maybe for good reason). My provider took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable during my visit.
Nurses and Jane were very friendly and easy to talk to
Dr. Young makes time for you and doesn’t feel rushed and acts like he genuinely cares.
The staff are nice and friendly. When having an issue and having to explain it, it feels like I’m talking to my best friend.
