Everyone was nice?
I have had horrible women’s health visits in my past at various different offices of practice, and this by far has been the friendliest most comfortable experience from the front desk to the examination room and to the exit. I was in a very vulnerable state and they went out of their way to make sure I was safe and comfortable.
Staff are all very friendly and Dr. Young is always very personable. Staff had the door to the clinic open to the waiting room and there were alot of personal conversations going on for everyone hear. It gives an unprofessional image of the office in general. Check in process also is not private at all. The entire waiting room can hear all PHI being read off.
The people are amazing and the Dr explained the 'why' behind what he was doing and his recommendations.

Dr Young is always to the point, listens to your concerns and gives you options. This last time i had a test done and it was quick and semi less painful then the last time i had it so that is a plus for me. His staff that accompanied him was great and they were all upbeat. The front office was inviting since this was my first time at the new office. They all just make you feel like you belong instead of being a burden.
I love Dr. Young as my OB. He is the best.
Everyone was very professional and the procedures were quick and efficient
