All of the staff and doctor make you feel welcome. They don't make you feel less superior or stupid for asking questions. They explain things in a way you understand while addressing your concerns, even if they're unrealistic.
I’m a newer patient at heartland women’s healthcare in Wentzville and since I’ve been there everyone has always been very nice and understanding. I really like and trust my doctor (Dr. Young) a lot. He listens and gives you time to ask questions without making you feel rushed. He is understanding of concerns I have. He is easy to talk to. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. The nurses and ultrasound technician are also super friendly and easy to talk to which makes it even better. Amazing staff all around!
