Response of staff to pt. questions/needs
We both LOVED the idea of the Doctor shaking our hands,than offering sanitizer after the shake...What a hospitable way to start the visit off!!!? Especially when Everyone seems so afraid of human touch now day's. He also seemed to understanding as to the reasons for our visit and very caring.

The lady in the lab was very nice & did a great job drawing my blood. I do not have easy veins.
Check in was fast and easy. Staff is so personable, kind, and very easy to talk to. My NP is kind and funny, and has incredible bedside manners, makes you feel so comfortable.
Cleanliness of the clinic and friendliness of the people at the front desk. The Doctor and his nurse were very kind and considerate. It was a pleasant experience!
The nurse was so sweet and Dr. Young is such a good doctor and makes sure you’re completely comfortable.
