Little wait time
Dr. Skelly and Katie (nurse) provided excellent customer service! They were kind, compassionate, sensitive and patient while answering all my questions and not making me feel like I was a burden (or stupid). The score would have been a 10 but for the poor call center service I received by someone named Barbie. I called after my visit to ask if I needed to fast before my upcoming blood work. She didn't know (she said "probably not"!) and told me to call Quest to ask -- Quest then told me (after being on hold for 20 minutes) t... read more
