I gave a score of 9 because I love Dr. Skelly. I am not necessarily a fan of Heartland Women's Healthcare as a whole.
Dr. Skelly has been over an hour late for each appointment I have had with her. I don't get the impression she is really listening to me or very helpful. I often feel "blown off". I won't be back
